You may remember that Erika, Cathy, and I challenged ourselves to reading from specific lists this summer.
Out of my 25 books I challenged myself to reading 18 of them by August 31st. Well, we're over a third of the way through the challenge and I've managed to read 6 off my list. I'm pretty happy with that number since it's exactly right on track to finishing 18 by the end of the summer. I know I'll get to some more soon since some of the ones I'd like to read next are for review for July/August.
I've bolded and/or linked to my review on Goodreads for the books off my list that I've read so far:
- Glitch by Heather Anastasiu
- A World Away by Nancy Grossman
- Auracle by Gina Rosati
- The Raft by S.A. Boden
- Vampire Empire by Clay Griffith & Susan Griffith
- Never Enough by Denise Jaden
- Meant To Be by Lauren Morrill
- The Thief by Megan Whalen Turner
- The Host by Stephanie Meyer
- Soulless by Gail Carriger
- Brightly Woven by Alexandra Bracken
- A Need So Beautiful by Suzanne Young
- Vengeance (Private #14) by Kate Brian
- The Death Cure by James Dashner
- Loving Emily by Anne Pfeffer
- The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
- The List by Siobhan Vivian
- Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore
- Welcome, Caller, This is Chloe by Shelley Coriell
- Second Chance Summer by Morgan Matson
- Changeling by Philippa Gregory
- For Darkness Shows the Stars by Diana Peterfreund
- Endlessly by Kiersten White
- Shadow & Bone by Leigh Bardugo
- My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick
Do you guys have any summer reading goals? Which books are you most looking forward to picking up?

Thank you for doing this! I was wondering how things were going. I'm doing my progress for halfway through. So far I've read 5.
ReplyDeleteI'm very excited to read Glitch by Heather Anastasiu. It looks so amazing:)
ReplyDeleteI'm currently reading The Death Cure, and I'm really enjoying it. I can't wait to read the prequel, The Kill Order.
Good luck on your challenge!
I just finished Glitch and I enjoyed it!! =)
DeleteI loveddddd The Maze Runner, and The Scorch Trials was awesome as well, so I don't know why I've put off reading the third book. I even preordered it, and yet it's still waiting on my shelf.
Thanks! =)
